Beholdest thou not that We have sent the satans upon the infidels inciting them by an incitement? 83 Therefore be not in haste against them, We only number out to them a number (of days). 84 The Day We shall gather the Muttaqun (pious - see V. 2:2) unto the Most Beneficent (Allah), like a delegate (presented before a king for honour). 85 And drive the guilty towards hell, thirsty. 86 None shall have the power of intercession, but such a one as has received permission (or promise) from (Allah) Most Gracious. 87 And they say, "The Most Merciful has taken [for Himself] a son." 88 Certainly you have made an abominable assertion 89 It is such a monstrosity that heavens might well-nigh burst forth at it, the earth might be cleaved, and the mountains fall 90 because they ascribe a son to the Gracious One. 91 And it behoveth not the Compassionate that he should take a son. 92 None there is in the heavens and the earth but must come unto the Compassionate as a bondman. 93 He does take an account of them (all), and hath numbered them (all) exactly. 94 And every one of them will come to Him on the day of resurrection alone. 95 Lo! those who believe and do good works, the Beneficent will appoint for them love. 96 So have We made the (Qur'an) easy in thine own tongue, that with it thou mayest give Glad Tidings to the righteous, and warnings to people given to contention. 97 And how many have We destroyed before them of generations? Do you perceive of them anyone or hear from them a sound? 98
