O Prophet, tell your wives, your daughters and the believing women to draw their veils close to them, so it is likelier they will be known, and not hurt. Allah is the Forgiver, the Most Merciful. 59 ۞ THUS IT IS: if the hypocrites, and they in whose hearts is disease, and they who, by spreading false rumours, would cause disturbances in the City [of the Prophet] desist not [from their hostile doings]; We shall indeed give thee mastery over them, [O Muhammad] - and then they will not remain thy neighbours in this [city] for more than a little while: 60 Cursed: wherever they are found they shall be seized and murdered, a (horrible) murdering. 61 Such has been the way of Allah with those who have passed before them, and you shall find no change in the ways of Allah. 62 (Muhammad), people ask you about the Day of Judgment. Say, "Only God has knowledge about it. Perhaps the Hour of Doom will soon come to pass." 63 Indeed, Allah has cursed the disbelievers and prepared for them a Blaze. 64 They will live in it for ever, and will find no saviour or helper. 65 On the Day whereon their faces shall be rolled in the Fire, they will say: Oh that we had obeyed Allah and had obeyed the apostle! 66 They shall say, "Our Lord, we paid heed to our leaders and our elders, but they led us away from the right path. 67 O our Lord! give them a double punishment and curse them with a great curse. 68
