Lo! those who ward off (evil) are among gardens and watersprings. 45 and they will be told to enter there in peace and safety. 46 And We will remove whatever is in their breasts of resentment, [so they will be] brothers, on thrones facing each other. 47 No weariness shall ever touch them in this [state of bliss,] and never shall they have to forgo it. 48 ۞ Tell My worshipers that I am the Forgiving, the Most Merciful, 49 and that My punishment is a painful one. 50 And inform them about the guests of Abraham, 51 (How) when they came in unto him, and said: Peace. He said: Lo! we are afraid of you. 52 They said, “Do not fear – we convey to you the glad tidings of a knowledgeable boy.” 53 He said, 'What, do you give me good tidings, though old age has smitten me? Of what do you 54 They answered: "We have given thee the glad tiding of something that is bound to come true. So be not of those who abandon hope!" 55 [Ibrahim (Abraham)] said: "And who despairs of the Mercy of his Lord except those who are astray?" 56 Then he asked, "What then is your business, O messengers?" 57 "We have been sent," they said, "to (punish) a sinful people, 58 Except Lot's family, of whom we shall save all, 59 all together, excepting his wife -- we have decreed, she shall surely be of those that tarry.' 60
