And We verily gave grace unto Moses and Aaron, 114 And delivered them and their people from the great affliction. 115 And helped them, so they were victorious. 116 And We gave them the Book which helps to make things clear; 117 And showed them the straight path, 118 And We left for them (a goodly remembrance) among generations (to come) in later times; 119 Peace be on Musa and Haroun. 120 Thus indeed do We reward those who do right. 121 Verily the twain were of Our bondmen believing. 122 And verily, llyas was one of the sent ones. 123 Recall what time he said unto his people: fear ye not? 124 What! do you call upon Ba'l and forsake the best of the creators, 125 "Allah, your Lord and the Lord of your forefathers?" 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the chosen creatures of God. 128 And We let it (the beautiful praise) remain upon him in the latter (generations), 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 Indeed, We thus reward the doers of good. 131 He is indeed one of Our high ranking, firmly believing bondmen. 132 And verily Lut was of the sent ones. 133 When We saved him and his family, all, 134 Except his wife among those who remained [with the evildoers]. 135 Then We destroyed the others. 136 You pass by their desolate habitations in the morning 137 and at night. Will you then not understand? 138
