The Arrangers (Al-Saaffaat)
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
I swear by those who draw themselves out in ranks 1 By those (angels) who drive the clouds in a good way. 2 Then those who recite, being mindful, 3 Indeed, your God is One, 4 The Lord of the heavens and the earth and what is between them, and Lord of the easts. 5 He decked the nearest heavens with ornaments of stars, 6 and to preserve against every rebel Satan; 7 They cannot listen to the higher group (angels) for they are pelted from every side. 8 and driven away to suffer the necessary torment. 9 Save him who snatcheth a fragment, and there pursueth him a piercing flame. 10 Then inquire of them, [O Muhammad], "Are they a stronger [or more difficult] creation or those [others] We have created?" Indeed, We created men from sticky clay. 11 Nay, you (O Muhammad SAW) wondered (at their insolence) while they mock (at you and at the Quran). 12 And when they are reminded, they remember not. 13 And when they see an Ayah (a sign, a proof, or an evidence) from Allah, they mock at it. 14 and say: 'This is nothing but clear sorcery' 15 "What! when we die, and become dust and bones, shall we (then) be raised up (again) 16 "And also our fathers of old?" 17 Proclaim, “Yes, and with disgrace.” 18 So that is just a single jolt, thereupon they will begin staring. 19 They will then say: “Woe for us. This is the Day of Judgement.” 20 'This is the Day of Decision, even that you cried lies to. 21
