▼ 32 Prostration
Al-Sajdah 3 of 3
We did indeed aforetime give the Book to Moses: be not then in doubt of its reaching (thee): and We made it a guide to the Children of Israel. 23 When they were patient, We made from them leaders, guiding with Our Command and they were certain of Our verses. 24 Surely your Lord will judge between them on the Day of Resurrection concerning that wherein they used to differ. 25 Does it not teach them a lesson, how many generations We destroyed before them, in whose dwellings they (now) go to and fro? Verily in that are Signs: Do they not then listen? 26 Do they not see that We drive the water to a land having no herbage, then We bring forth thereby seed-produce of which their cattle and they themselves eat; will they not then see? 27 They also ask: 'When will this Opening come, if what you say is true' 28 Say: "On the Day of Al-Fath (Decision), no profit will it be to those who disbelieve if they (then) believe! Nor will they be granted a respite." 29 So (leave them to themselves and) turn away from them and wait; they too are waiting. 30
Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
End of Surah: Prostration (Al-Sajdah). Sent down in Mecca after The Believers (Al-Mu' minoon) before The Mountain (Al-Toor)
