No, by the moon! 32 Consider the night when it departs, 33 And the dawn when it shineth forth, 34 surely (Hell) is one of the greatest Signs, 35 a warning to humankind, 36 to whoever among you desires to go forward, or lag behind. 37 Every soul is a pledge for its own deeds; 38 save those who shall have attained to righteousness: 39 [Who will be] in gardens, questioning each other 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 "What led you into Hell Fire?" 42 They will reply: 'We were not among those who prayed 43 "Nor were we of those who fed the indigent; 44 and we were wont to indulge in sinning together with all [the others] who indulged in it; 45 and the Day of Judgment we were wont to call a lie 46 "Until there came to us (the Hour) that is certain." 47 And so, of no benefit to them could be the intercession of any that would intercede for them. 48 Why now turn they away from the Admonishment, 49 as though they were frightened wild asses, 50 fleeing from a lion? 51 Rather each one of them desires that he should be given open Books. 52 By no means! But they fear not the Hereafter, 53 No, indeed, surely, this is a Reminder. 54 So, whoever wills may benefit from it. 55 But none will remember, unless Allah wills, He is the Owner of fear, the Owner of forgiveness. 56
