The people of Noah gave the lie to the Messengers. 105 When their fellowman Nooh said to them, “Do you not fear?” 106 Lo! I am a faithful messenger unto you, 107 Have fear of God and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it: my reward is only from the Lord of the Worlds: 109 So guard against (the punishment of) Allah and obey me. 110 ۞ They said, 'Shall we believe thee, whom the vilest follow?' 111 He said: I have no knowledge of that which they have been Working. 112 My Lord alone can bring them to account, if only you could understand, 113 “And I will not repel the Muslims.” 114 I am naught but a warner manifest. 115 They said: If you desist not, O Nuh, you shall most certainly be of those stoned to death. 116 He prayed: "O Lord, verily my people accuse me of lies. 117 So decide Thou between me and them with a decision, and deliver me and those who are with me of the believers. 118 So We saved him and those with him in the laden ship. 119 Then We drowned the rest afterwards 120 Indeed in this is a sign; and most of them were not believers. 121 And verily! Your Lord, He is indeed the All-Mighty, the Most Merciful. 122
