It is He Who has endowed you with the faculties of hearing and sight and has given you hearts (to think). Scarcely do you give thanks. 78 And He has multiplied you through the earth, and to Him shall ye be gathered back. 79 And He it is Who giveth life and causeth death, and His is the difference of night and day. Have ye then no sense? 80 Nay, but they say the like of what their predecessors of yore had said. 81 "When we have died and become dust and bones, will we be raised up again? 82 We have been promised this, we and our forefathers, before; this is not but legends of the former peoples." 83 Say, "To whom do the earth and all therein belong? Tell me, if you have any knowledge?" 84 They will say: Unto Allah. Say: Will ye not then remember? 85 Say: "Who is it that sustains the seven heavens and is enthroned in His awesome almightiness?" 86 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: Will ye not then keep duty (unto Him)? 87 Say, "In whose hands lies sovereignty over all things, protecting all, while none can seek protection against Him? Tell me, if you have any knowledge." 88 They will say, 'God's.' Say: 'How then are you bewitched? 89 Nay, but We brought them the truth and they are truly liars. 90 God has not taken to Himself any son, nor is there any god with Him; for then each god would have taken off that he created and some of them would have risen up over others; glory to be God, beyond that they describe, 91 (He is) the Knower of the Unseen and the Seen, High Exalted be He above that they associate. 92
