Charity (Al-Maa'oon)

7 verses, revealed in Mecca after Hoarding (Al-Takaathur) before The Disbelievers (Al-Kaaferoon)

In the name of God, the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful

Did you see him who gives the lie to the Reward and Punishment of the Hereafter? 1 Behold, it is this [kind of man] that thrusts the orphan away, 2 And urgeth not the feeding of the needy. 3 Ah, woe unto worshippers 4 As are of their prayer careless. 5 who show off, 6 Who are uncharitable even over very small things. 7

Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
