It was He who produced for you hearing, eyes, and hearts, yet little is that you thank. 78 It was He who scattered you on the earth, and before Him you shall be gathered. 79 He is the One who gives life and causes death and He controls the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 Nay, but they said the like of what the ancients said. 81 'When we are dead and become dust and bones shall we be resurrected? 82 "Verily, this we have been promised, we and our fathers before (us)! This is only the tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: "To whom belong the earth and all beings therein? (say) if ye know!" 84 Thereupon they will say, “To Allah”; proclaim, “Therefore why do you not ponder?” 85 Say: Who is Lord of the seven heavens, and Lord of the Tremendous Throne? 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Say: 'In whose Hands is the Kingdom of all things, He protects, and none protects against Him, if you have knowledge' 88 They will say: Unto Allah (all that belongeth). Say: How then are ye bewitched? 89 We have revealed to them the truth. But they are certainly liars. 90 No son (or offspring or children) did Allah beget, nor is there any ilah (god) along with Him; (if there had been many gods), behold, each god would have taken away what he had created, and some would have tried to overcome others! Glorified be Allah above all that they attribute to Him! 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
