The people of Nuh (Noah) belied the Messengers. 105 When their brother Nuh (Noah) said to them: "Will you not fear Allah and obey Him? 106 "I am to you a messenger worthy of all trust: 107 So fear Allah and obey me. 108 "No reward do I ask of you for it (my Message of Islamic Monotheism), my reward is only from the Lord of the 'Alamin (mankind, jinns and all that exists). 109 so fear you God, and obey you me.' 110 ۞ They replied, "Are we to believe in you when your followers are but the lowest of the low?" 111 (Noah) said, "I have no knowledge of their deeds. 112 Lo! their reckoning is my Lord's concern, if ye but knew; 113 It is not for me to repel those who choose to believe. 114 “I am not but clearly a Herald of Warning.” 115 They said, "Noah, if you do not desist, you will be stoned." 116 He said: my Lord! verily my people have belied me. 117 “Therefore make a decisive judgement between me and them, and rescue me and the believers along with me.” 118 So We saved him, and those who were with him in the laden ark, 119 and then We caused those who stayed behind to drown. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 122
