In the name of Allah, the Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful 1

Praise be to Allah, the Cherisher and Sustainer of the worlds; 2 The Entirely Merciful, the Especially Merciful, 3 Lord of the Day of Judgment! 4 Thee alone do we worship; and unto Thee alone do we turn for aid. 5 Guide us in the straight path, 6 The path of those whom You have favoured – Not the path of those who earned Your anger – nor of those who are astray. 7

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
