And We have already created man and know what his soul whispers to him, and We are closer to him than [his] jugular vein 16 Behold! when the two receivers receive - one on the right hand and one on the left a sitter. 17 He utters not a word but there is by him a watcher at hand. 18 and (the human being will be told), "This is what you had been trying to run away from". 19 And the Trumpet shall be blown: that will be the Day whereof Warning (had been given). 20 Each soul shall come with a driver, and a witness. 21 [and will be told:] "Indeed, unmindful hast thou been of this [Day of Judgment]; but now We have lifted from thee thy veil, and sharp is thy sight today!" 22 And his accompanying angel said, “This is the record of your deeds, available with me.” 23 It will be said to the angels, “Both of you fling every excessive ungrateful, stubborn person into hell.” 24 forbidder of good, transgressor and doubter, 25 “The one who appointed another God along with Allah – so both of you fling him into the severe punishment.” 26 ۞ His [devil] companion will say, "Our Lord, I did not make him transgress, but he [himself] was in extreme error." 27 He will say: Do not quarrel in My presence, and indeed I gave you the threatening beforehand: 28 The word will not be changed with Me, and never will I be unjust to the servants." 29
