The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ When the Occurrence occurs, 1 There is no belying its coming to pass-- 2 abasing [some,] exalting [others]! 3 When the earth is violently shaken 4 and the mountains will crumble 5 So they will become like fine dust, scattered in a shaft of light. 6 You will become three categories: 7 Then (as to) the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 8 And the companions of the left - what are the companions of the left? 9 The third to the fore shall be the foremost. 10 those are they brought nigh the Throne, 11 In gardens of delight; 12 (a throng of the ancients 13 and a few from later times. 14 Seated on couches wrought in gold and encrusted with precious stones, 15 reclining upon them, facing one another [in love]. 16 There wait on them immortal youths 17 With bowls and ewers and a cup from a pure spring 18 Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 19 and with fruit of any kind that they may choose, 20 and any flesh of fowl that they desire. 21 And [for them are] fair women with large, [beautiful] eyes, 22 like hidden pearls, 23 A reward for what they used to do. 24 They will not hear any unnecessary or sinful talk 25 except each other's greetings of, "Peace be with you". 26 And those on the right – how (fortunate) are those on the right! 27 [They, too, will find themselves] amidst fruit laden lote-trees, 28 And clustered plantains, 29 And shade extended 30 And water gushing, 31 and fruits abounding 32 That will neither finish, nor ever be stopped. 33 and raised couches 34 for, behold, We shall have brought them into being in a life renewed, 35 and shall have made them virgins, 36 loving companions, matching in age, 37 for the Companions of the Right 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
