The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

9 verses, revealed in Mecca after Resurrection (Al-Qeyaamah) before Dispatched (Al-Mursalaat)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

Woe unto every slandering traducer, 1 Who has gathered wealth and counted it, 2 He thinks that his wealth will make him immortal. 3 Nay! Verily, he will be thrown into the crushing Fire. 4 And what will make you realize what the crushing disaster is? 5 It is the fire kindled by Allah, 6 Which mounts directed at the hearts. 7 It will engulf them. 8 in endless columns! 9

Allah Almighty has spoken the truth.
