The Poets (Alshu'araa')
In the Name of God, the Merciful, the Compassionate
۞ Ta. Sin, Mim. 1 These are the verses of the Book that makes (things) clear. 2 You will perhaps kill yourself with anguish because they are not accepting the faith. 3 Had We wanted, We would have sent them a miracle from the sky to make their heads hang down in submission. 4 Whenever there comes to them any fresh warning from the Merciful, they always turn their backs on it: 5 So they have cried lies; therefore assuredly tidings will come to them of that they mocked at. 6 Do they not see the earth, and what beneficial kinds of things We have caused to grow in it? 7 Surely there is a Sign in this, but most of them would not believe. 8 Surely thy Lord, He is the All-mighty, the All-compassionate. 9
