۞ I swear by the fallings of the stars 75 - which is indeed a great oath if only you knew it - 76 That (this) is indeed a noble Qur'an 77 In a Register well-protected; 78 which none shall touch except the purified; 79 a revelation from the Lord of the Universe. 80 Would you, now, look down with disdain on a tiding like this, 81 And you make its denial your share? 82 Then why do you not (intervene) when (the soul of a dying person) reaches the throat? 83 And you at that time look on-- 84 And Our angels are nearer to him than you, but you do not see - 85 Then why, if you are not indebted (to Us for life), 86 Do ye not force it back, if ye are truthful? 87 Then if he is one of those drawn nigh (to Allah), 88 There will be peace and plenty, and gardens of tranquility for him. 89 And if he is of those on the right, – 90 There will be the salutation by those of the right hand: "Peace on you. 91 But if he is one of those who rejected [the truth] and went astray, 92 a welcome of burning despair [awaits him in the life to come,] 93 And roasting in a Blaze. 94 Verily, this is indeed the truth of truths! 95 So exalt the Name of your Lord, the Great. 96
