Pray, "Lord, if you would show me that [the punishment] of which they have been warned, 93 My Lord! then set me not among the wrongdoing folk. 94 Indeed, We are able to show you that which We promised them. 95 Dispel evil with what is good. We know well what they attribute (to Us). 96 And say: 'O my Lord, I seek refuge in You from evil suggestions of the satans. 97 I seek refuge with You, Lord, lest they should come near me." 98 When death approaches one of the unbelievers, he says, "Lord, send me back again 99 so that I may do good works in the world I have left behind." Never! It is indeed but a meaningless word that he utters. A barrier shall stand behind such people till the Day they are raised up again. 100 There will be no kindred relations nor any opportunity to ask about others or seek their assistance after the trumpet has sounded. 101 If the side of ones good deeds weighs heavier on a scale, he will have everlasting happiness, 102 and those whose scales are light, those will be the ones who will have courted loss. They will abide in Hell. 103 The fire burneth their faces, and they are glum therein. 104 (It will be said): Were not My revelations recited unto you, and then ye used to deny them? 105 They will say: our Lord! our wretchedness overcame us, and we have been a people erring. 106 Our Lord! Take us out of this. Then if we revert (to evil-doing) we shall indeed be wrongdoers." 107 He will say, "Be quiet and say nothing." 108 There was a group of my servants among you who always prayed: Lord, forgive us and grant us mercy; You are the best of those who show mercy. 109 But you took them in mockery to the point that they made you forget My remembrance, and you used to laugh at them. 110 Verily! I have rewarded them this Day for their patience, they are indeed the ones that are successful. 111 He will say: "What number of years did ye stay on earth?" 112 They will say: "A day or less than a day. Ask the enumerators of numbers." 113 He will say: "You stayed there only a moment, if you knew. 114 "Do you imagine that We created you without any purpose and that you would not be brought back to Us?" 115 Now Allah be Exalted, the True King! There is no Allah save Him, the Lord of the Throne of Grace. 116 If anyone invokes, besides Allah, Any other god, he has no authority therefor; and his reckoning will be only with his Lord! and verily the Unbelievers will fail to win through! 117 And, [O Muhammad], say, "My Lord, forgive and have mercy, and You are the best of the merciful." 118
