The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful

By (the horses) that charge snorting, 1 And striking off fire by dashing their hoofs. 2 then raid by the dawn, 3 So thereupon raising dust. 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 Verily man is most ungrateful to his Lord; 6 He himself knows this very well. 7 He certainly has a strong love for wealth and riches. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 and that which is in the chest is brought out, 10 Most surely their Lord that day shall be fully aware of them. 11

True are the words of God the Almighty.
