Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

۞ Have We not caused thy bosom to dilate, 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 the burden that weighed down thy back? 3 And exalted your fame? 4 So, verily, with every difficulty, there is relief: 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So when you have finished [your duties], then stand up [for worship]. 7 and turn to your Lord with longing. 8
