The people of Noah rejected the Messengerss. 105 When their brother Nuh said unto them: fear ye not? 106 I have been sent as a trusted messenger to you. 107 "So fear Allah, keep your duty to Him, and obey me. 108 I seek of you no reward for this: my reward is with none except the Lord of the Universe. 109 Have fear of God and obey me." 110 ۞ They said, "Should we believe you while you are followed by the lowest [class of people]?" 111 He said: And what knowledge have I of what they do? 112 Their reckoning rests with none but my Sustainer: if you could but understand [this]! 113 I am not going to drive away any believers. 114 I am only a plain warner." 115 They said: if thou desistest not, thou shalt surely be of those stoned. 116 Then Noah said, "Lord, my people have rejected me. 117 So adjudge between me and them conclusively, and save me and the believers who are with me." 118 Wherefore We delivered him and those with him in the laden ark. 119 Thereafter We drowned those who remained behind. 120 In this there is evidence (of the truth) but most of them do not have any faith. 121 Verily Your Lord is Immensely Mighty, Ever Compassionate. 122
