No, by the moon! 32 By the night when it departs. 33 And by oath of the morning, when it spreads light. 34 surely it is one of the greatest things 35 A warning to mortals, 36 To him among you who wishes to go forward or remain behind. 37 Every person is a pledge for what he has earned, 38 Except the companions of the right, 39 In Gardens; they shall be asking, 40 About Al-Mujrimun (polytheists, criminals, disbelievers, etc.), (And they will say to them): 41 "what led you into hell?" 42 They will say, "We were not of those who prayed, 43 And we have not been feeding the poor. 44 we indulged in vain arguments along with those who indulged in them; 45 And we used to deny the Day of Recompense 46 "Until there came to us (the Hour) that is certain." 47 Then will no intercession of (any) intercessors profit them. 48 If such will be the Day of Judgment, what is the matter with them? Why do they run away from guidance, 49 as though they were terrified asses 50 running away from a lion? 51 Nay, but everyone of them desireth that he should be given open pages (from Allah). 52 By no means! Aye, they fear not the Hereafter. 53 Nay! it is surely an admonition. 54 so whoever wills shall remember it. 55 they will only take heed if God so wills: He is the Lord who is worthy to be feared: the Lord of forgiveness. 56
