Cooling the Temper (Al-Sharrhh)

8 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Forenoon (Al-Duhaa) before The Afternoon (Al-'Asr)

In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace

۞ HAVE WE NOT opened up your breast 1 and lift from thee thy burden, 2 that had well-nigh broken your back? 3 And exalted your fame? 4 And behold, with every hardship comes ease: 5 With hardship indeed there is ease. 6 So when you have finished (from your occupation), then stand up for Allah's worship (i.e. stand up for prayer). 7 and unto thy Sustainer turn with love. 8
