Say (O Muhammad, to the disbelievers): Do ye bid me serve other than Allah? O ye fools! 64 But it has already been revealed to thee,- as it was to those before thee,- "If thou wert to join (gods with Allah), truly fruitless will be thy work (in life), and thou wilt surely be in the ranks of those who lose (all spiritual good)". 65 Nay! but serve Allah alone and be of the thankful. 66 They did not recognise the true worth of Allah. (Such is Allah's power that) on the Day of Resurrection the whole earth will be in His grasp, and the heavens shall be folded up in His Right Hand. Glory be to Him! Exalted be He from all that they associate with Him. 67 And the trumpet is blown, and all who are in the heavens and all who are in the earth swoon away, save him whom Allah willeth. Then it is blown a second time, and behold them standing waiting! 68 The earth will become bright from the light of your Lord. The Book of Records will be presented and the Prophets and witnesses will be summoned. All will be judged with justice and no wrong will be done to anyone. 69 And each soul is paid in full for what it did. And He is Best Aware of what they do. 70
