The Backbiter (Al-Hummazah)

Allah - beginning with the name of - the Most Gracious, the Most Merciful
Woe to every slanderer, defamer, 1 [Woe unto him who amasses wealth and counts it a safeguard, 2 Thinking that his wealth would make him last for ever! 3 By no means! He shall surely be cast into the crushing torment. 4 And what can make you know what is the Crusher? 5 The fire of Allah, kindled, 6 Which leaps up over the hearts, 7 Verily it shall close upon them, 8 In extended columns. 9
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.
