Al-Ankaboot 7 of 7
The present life is nothing but sport and amusement. The true life is in the Abode of the Hereafter; if only they knew. 64 When they sail in a boat, they sincerely pray to God with pure faith. But when We bring them safely to land, they start considering things equal to God. 65 And thus they may show utter ingratitude for Our favours; let them enjoy themselves for a time. But they will soon come to know. 66 Have they not seen that We have made (Makkah) a sanctuary secure, and that men are being snatched away from all around them? Then do they believe in Batil (falsehood - polytheism, idols and all deities other than Allah), and deny (become ingrate for) the Graces of Allah? 67 And who does greater evil that he who forges a lie against Allah or belied the truth when it comes to him! Is there not a lodging in Gehenna for the unbelievers? 68 And those who strive for Us - We will surely guide them to Our ways. And indeed, Allah is with the doers of good. 69
God the Almighty always says the truth.
