۞ And We revealed to Musa, saying: Go away with My servants travelling by night, surely you will be pursued. 52 Then Pharaoh sent heralds to (all) the Cities, 53 [And said], "Indeed, those are but a small band, 54 "And they are raging furiously against us; 55 we are a large and watchful force." 56 So We expelled them from gardens and fountains, 57 Treasures, and every kind of honourable position; 58 Thus it was; and We made the children of Israel possess them. 59 So they pursued them at sunrise. 60 And when the two parties saw each other, the companions of Musa said: verily we are overtaken. 61 'No, indeed' he replied, 'my Lord is with me and He will guide me' 62 Then We bade Moses strike the sea with his staff. And it parted, and each part was like a huge mountain. 63 And We brought the others close to that place. 64 We delivered Moses and every one with him, 65 then We drowned the others. 66 Surely, in that there is a sign; yet most of them do not believe. 67 And verily thy Lord is He, the Exalted in Might, Most Merciful. 68
