The Inevitable (Al-Waaqe'ah)

In the Name of Allah, the Merciful, the Most Merciful
۞ When the inevitable event comes, 1 There is no belying its coming to pass-- 2 abasing, exalting, 3 When the earth is shaken with convulsion 4 and the mountains fragmented 5 so that they become as scattered dust 6 You shall then become three groups. 7 The People on the Right: and how fortunate will be the People on the Right! 8 And (then) those on the left hand; what of those on the left hand? 9 And those Foremost (in Faith) will be Foremost (in the Hereafter). 10 They shall be the nearest to God. 11 In Gardens of Delight. 12 A multitude from the ancients. 13 And a few from the latter. 14 They will recline on jewelled couches 15 Reclining on them, facing one another. 16 Immortal youths will serve them 17 carrying goblets and ewers and cups filled with the purest wine, 18 Wherefrom they will get neither any aching of the head, nor any intoxication. 19 And fruit of what they select 20 and the meat of any bird that they may desire; 21 And there will be fair ones large eyed. 22 like unto pearls [still] hidden in their shells. 23 All this shall be theirs as a reward for their deeds. 24 Therein they hear no vain or sinful discourse. 25 Except the saying, “Peace, peace.” 26 And the companions of the right hand; how happy are the companions of the right hand! 27 (They will be) among Lote-trees without thorns, 28 and serried acacias, 29 And spreading shade, 30 and flowing water, 31 and fruit abounding, 32 Neither out of reach nor yet forbidden, 33 And exalted thrones. 34 We have formed them in a distinctive fashion, 35 and made them virgins, 36 Beloved (by nature), equal in age,- 37 for the Companions of the Right 38

كيف تعمل منظومة تمارين الحفظ؟ عند أدنى مستوى 0، تكون كل الكلمات ظاهرة. بينما يُخفي أعلى مستوى 9 كل الكلمات. فكيف تعمل المستويات المتوسطة، مثل 3، على سبيل المثال؟ قد تعتقد بأن المنظومة تخفي 3 من كل تسع كلمات بدقة. ليس تماما! في المستوى 3، لكل كلمة فرصة اختفاء بنسبة 3 من 9، و6 من 9 لتكون ظاهرة. بمعنى آخر، من الممكن، ولكن باحتمال شبة معدوم، أن تكون جميع كلمات المستوى 3 مخفية، أو أن تكون جميعها ظاهرة! وكذلك أيضًا، ففي المستويات المتوسطة، وبما يتناسب مع مستوى الصعوبة، يمكن أن تكون المخابئ غير كاملة أو شفافة جزئيًا بحيث تظهر الكلمات جزئيًا تحتها.
How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
