It is He who produced for you hearing, and eyes, and hearts; little thanks you show. 78 It is God who has settled you on the earth and before Him you will all be assembled. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and His is the alternation of night and day. Will you not then understand? 80 No, but they said what the ancients said before them: 81 They say: "When we are dead and turned to dust and bones, shall we be raised to life again? 82 Indeed, this [very thing] we have been promised - we and our forefathers - long ago! This is nothing but fables of ancient times!" 83 Say: "Unto whom belongs the earth and all that lives there on? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 84 [And they will reply: "Unto God." Say: "Will you not, then, bethink yourselves [of Him]?" 85 Say, "Who is the Lord of the seven heavens, and of the Glorious Throne?" 86 They will say, "(They belong) to Allah." Say: "Will ye not then be filled with awe?" 87 Ask them, "If you have any knowledge, in whose hands is the ownership of all things? Who is the one who gives protection and yet He Himself is never protected?" 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 No, We have brought the truth to them, but they are liars. 90 Never did Allah take to Himself a son, and never was there with him any (other) god-- in that case would each god have certainly taken away what he created, and some of them would certainly have overpowered others; glory be to Allah above what they describe! 91 Knower of the Invisible and the Visible! and Exalted be He over all that they ascribe as partners (unto Him)! 92
