Nay, by the Moon 32 And the night when on the wane, 33 and the morn when it dawns! 34 That (Hell) is surely one of the greater (signs), 35 A warning to mankind,- 36 alike to every one of you, who want to go forward or hang back. 37 Every soul is mortgaged for its own deeds. 38 save those who shall have attained to righteousness: 39 who will be in Paradise 40 about the guilty ones: 41 What has brought you into hell? 42 They will reply, "We did not pray, 43 "Nor we used to feed Al-Miskin (the poor); 44 We used to wade (in vain dispute) with (all) waders, 45 And we used to deny the Day of Judgment, 46 Till the Inevitable came unto us. 47 So no intercession will avail them. 48 Why then do they turn away from the admonition 49 like startled wild donkeys 50 Fleeing from a hunter, or a lion, or a beast of prey. 51 Nay, everyone of them desires that he should be given pages spread out (coming from Allah with a writing that Islam is the right religion, and Muhammad SAW has come with the truth from Allah the Lord of the heavens and earth, etc.). 52 By no means. In fact they do not fear the Hereafter. 53 Never so, as this is a reminder. 54 So whosoever will may heed. 55 And they will not mind unless Allah please. He is worthy to be feared and worthy to forgive. 56
