And He it is Who made for you the ears and the eyes and the hearts; little is it that you give thanks. 78 And He it is Who hath sown you broadcast in the earth, and unto Him ye will be gathered. 79 And it is He Who gives life and causes death, and for Him are the alternations of night and day; so do you not have sense? 80 On the contrary they say things similar to what the ancients said. 81 'When we are dead and become dust and bones shall we be resurrected? 82 "Such things have been promised to us and to our fathers before! they are nothing but tales of the ancients!" 83 Say: "Whose is the earth and whosoever is therein? If you know!" 84 They will quickly reply, "It belongs to God." Say, "Will you not, then, take heed?" 85 Say: 'Who is the Lord of the seven heavens and the Lord of the mighty Throne?' 86 Thereupon they will say, “Such greatness is only that of Allah”; say, “So why do you not fear?” 87 Say: "In whose hand rests the mighty dominion over all things, and who is it that protects, the while there is no protection against Him? [Tell me this] if you happen to know [the answer]!" 88 They will say, "(It belongs) to Allah." Say: "Then how are ye deluded?" 89 Nay! We have brought to them the truth, and most surely they are liars. 90 Allah hath not betaken to Himself any son, and there is not along Him any god; else each god would have gone off with that which he had created, and one of them would have exalted himself above the others. Hallowed be Allah above that which they ascribe! 91 knowing all that is beyond the reach of a created being's perception as well as all that can be witnessed by a creature's senses or mind and hence, sublimely exalted is He above anything to which they may ascribe a share in His divinity! 92
