The All High (Al-A'alaa)
19 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Rolling (Al-Takweer) before The Night (Al-Layl)
In the name of God, The Most Gracious, The Dispenser of Grace
۞ Praise the name of thy Lord the Most High, 1 Who hath created and then proportioned, 2 and who determines the nature [of all that exists,] and thereupon guides it [towards its fulfilment,] 3 And Who brings forth herbage, 4 then turns it into black stubble. 5 We shall make you recite and then you will not forget, 6 except what Allah wills, surely, He knows all that is (spoken) aloud and what is hidden. 7 We shall make all your tasks easy. 8 Therefore remind, if the Reminder benefits, 9 He who fears [God] will heed the reminder, 10 but it will be ignored by the most unfortunate, 11 He who shall roast into the Great Fire, 12 where he will neither die nor live. 13 He is successful who groweth, 14 And who mentioned the name of his Lord, then offered prayer. 15 But ye prefer the life of the world 16 but the Everlasting Life is better, and more enduring. 17 This is what is written in the ancient heavenly Books, 18 the revelations of Abraham and Moses. 19
God Almighty has spoken the truth.

قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
