Mutual Blaming (Al-Taghaabun)
In the name of Allah, the Beneficent, the Merciful
All that is in the heavens and the earth glorify God. To Him belongs the Kingdom and all praise. He has power over all things. 1 It is He who created you, though one of you is an infidel and one of you a believer; yet God perceives what you do. 2 He created the heavens and the earth with truth, and He formed you, then made goodly your forms, and to Him is the ultimate resort. 3 He knows what is in the heavens and the earth, and knows what you hide and what you disclose; God knows what is in the hearts. 4 Has there not come to you the tidings of those that disbelieved before, then tasted the mischief of their action, and there yet awaits them a painful chastisement? 5 That was because their apostles were wont to come unto them with evidences, but they said: shall a mere human being guide us? Wherefore they disbelieved and turned away; and Allah needed them not. And Allah is Self Sufficient, Praiseworthy. 6 The Unbelievers think that they will not be raised up (for Judgment). Say: "Yea, By my Lord, Ye shall surely be raised up: then shall ye be told (the truth) of all that ye did. And that is easy for Allah." 7 Believe in Allah, and His Messenger, and in the Light which We have sent down. Allah is Aware of all that you do. 8 The day when He will gather you, on the Day of Collective Assembly – that is the day when the loss of the losers will be laid bare; and whoever believes in Allah and does good deeds, Allah will relieve him of his sins and admit him into Gardens beneath which rivers flow, for them to abide in it forever; this is the greatest success. 9 But those who disbelieve and deny Our revelations, such are owners of the Fire; they will abide therein - a hapless journey's end! 10
