Verily We! it is We Who have revealed unto thee the Qur'an, a gradual revelation. 23 Wherefore persevere thou with the commandment of thy Lord, and obey not thou of them, any sinner or ingrate. 24 and remember the name of your Lord, morning and evening; 25 And prostrate for Him in a part of the night, and proclaim His purity into the long night. 26 Surely these love the transitory and neglect a grievous day before them. 27 We created them, and We strengthened their joints, but, when We will, We shall indeed exchange their likes. 28 Verily this is an Exhortation; so let him who so will take a way to his Lord. 29 But ye will not, except as Allah wills; for Allah is full of Knowledge and Wisdom. 30 He makes whom He pleases to enter into His mercy; and (as for) the unjust, He has prepared for them a painful chastisement. 31
