Indeed, Abraham was a [comprehensive] leader, devoutly obedient to Allah, inclining toward truth, and he was not of those who associate others with Allah. 120 Grateful for His favors; He chose him and guided him on the right path. 121 And so We vouchsafed him good in this world; and verily, in the life to come [too] he shall find himself among the righteous. 122 Afterwards We revealed unto thee: follow thou the faith of Ibrahim the upright; and he was not of the associaters. 123 As for the Sabbath, it was made incumbent only on those who differed about its laws. Certainly your Lord will judge on the Day of Resurrection between them regarding the matters they disputed. 124 Invite to the way of your Lord with wisdom and good instruction, and argue with them in a way that is best. Indeed, your Lord is most knowing of who has strayed from His way, and He is most knowing of who is [rightly] guided. 125 And if you chastise, chastise even as you have been chastised; and yet assuredly if you are patient, better it is for those patient. 126 Endure with patience; truly, your patience is possible only with the help of God. Do not grieve for them, or feel distressed because of their plottings, 127 For surely Allah is with those who hold Him in fear and do good. 128
