Man says: "What! When I am dead, shall I then be raised up alive?" 66 Doth not man remember that We created him before, when he was naught? 67 So by your Lord, surely, We shall gather them together, and (also) the Shayatin (devils) (with them), then We shall bring them round Hell on their knees. 68 Thereafter, We shall surely draw aside, from each sect, whichever of them against the Compassionate were most in excess. 69 And certainly We know best those who are most worthy of being burned therein. 70 Not one of you there is, but he shall go down to it; that for thy Lord is a thing decreed, determined. 71 Then We shall save those who use to fear Allah and were dutiful to Him. And We shall leave the Zalimun (polytheists and wrongdoers, etc.) therein (humbled) to their knees (in Hell). 72 And when Our clear communications are recited to them, those who disbelieve say to those who believe: Which of the two parties is best in abiding and best in assembly? 73 How many a generation have We destroyed before them, who were more imposing in respect of gear and outward seeming! 74 Say: "The Most Compassionate Lord grants respite to those who stray into error, until they behold what they had been threatened with, either God's chastisement (in the world) or the Hour (of Resurrection)" - then they fully know whose station is worse, and who is weaker in hosts! 75 "And Allah doth advance in guidance those who seek guidance: and the things that endure, Good Deeds, are best in the sight of thy Lord, as rewards, and best in respect of (their) eventual return." 76 Hast thou observed him who disbelieveth in Our signs and saith: surely I shall be vouchsafed riches and children. 77 Has he seen the Hidden, or has he made a pact with the Most Gracious? 78 On the contrary, We will write down what he says and prolong the length of his punishment. 79 And We will inherit him [in] what he mentions, and he will come to Us alone. 80 They have taken other gods apart from God that they might be a strength to them. 81 Nay, but they will deny their worship of them, and become opponents unto them. 82
