Noah said, "Lord, they have disobeyed me and followed those whose wealth and children will only bring about destruction for them. 21 and who have devised a most awesome blasphemy [against Thee,] 22 "And they have said: 'You shall not leave your gods, nor shall you leave Wadd, nor Suwa', nor Yaghuth, nor Ya'uq, nor Nasr (names of the idols); 23 "And indeed they have led many astray. And (O Allah): 'Grant no increase to the Zalimun (polytheists, wrong-doers, and disbelievers, etc.) save error." 24 They were drowned because of their habitual sinfulness, and sent to Hell, and did not find any helper other than God. 25 And Nuh said: My Lord! leave not upon the land any dweller from among the unbelievers: 26 Surely, if Thou leavest them, they will lead Thy servants astray, and will beget none but unbelieving libertines. 27 My Lord! forgive me and my parents and him who entereth my house as a believer, and believing men and believing women, and increase not the wrong-doers in aught save ruin! 28
