Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

And verily in the heaven we have set mansions of the stars, and We have beautified it for beholders. 16 And We have preserved it from every accursed devil, 17 Except one who steals a hearing and is pursued by a clear burning flame. 18 We have spread out the earth, and set upon it firm mountains and caused everything to grow in due proportion. 19 And We have made for you therein means of living and [for] those for whom you are not providers. 20 There is not a thing but its storehouses are with Us. But We only send down each thing in an appropriate measure: 21 And We let loose the winds to fertilize [plants] and We send down water from the skies and let you drink thereof: and it is not you who dispose of its source 22 And indeed it is We Who give life and it is We Who cause death, and We are the Inheritors. 23 And well do We know [the hearts and deeds of all human beings - both] those who lived before you and those who will come after you; 24 and it is thy Lord shall muster them, and He is All-wise, All-knowing. 25
