Proclaim (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I am purely a Herald of Warning – and there is no God except Allah, the One, the All Dominant.” 65 the Lord of the heavens and the earth and all that is between them; the Almighty, the Forgiving' 66 Say, "It (facts about the supremacy of God) is the greatest message, 67 from which you are turning away.” 68 I had no knowledge of the High Council when they disputed. 69 had it not been revealed unto me [by God] - to no other end than that I might convey [unto you] a plain warning. 70 [So mention] when your Lord said to the angels, "Indeed, I am going to create a human being from clay. 71 When I have shaped him, and breathed My spirit in him, fall you down, bowing before him!' 72 Then the angels, all of them, prostrated themselves before Adam 73 Except Iblis; he was proud and was, from the beginning, a disbeliever. 74 Said (God): "O Iblis, what hindered you from adoring what I created by My own authority? Are you too proud, or too high and mighty?" 75 Said Iblis, “I am better than him; You made me from fire, and You have created him from clay!” 76 "Begone! You are accursed: 77 and My rejection shall be thy due until the Day of Judgment!" 78 He said, "Lord, grant me respite until the Day of Resurrection". 79 (Allah) said: "Respite then is granted thee- 80 "Till the Day of the Time Appointed." 81 [Iblis (Satan)] said: "By Your Might, then I will surely mislead them all, 82 Save Thy single-minded slaves among them. 83 He (i.e. Allah) said: “This is the Truth -- and I only speak the Truth -- 84 I shall certainly fill Gehenna with you and every one of them that follows you' 85 Say: "No reward do I ask of you for this (Qur'an), nor am I a pretender. 86 this is simply an admonition to mankind, 87 and you shall surely know its tiding after a while.' 88
