And he whose sight is dim to the remembrance of the Beneficent, We assign unto him a devil who becometh his comrade; 36 and these satans hinder them from the Right Path, while he still reckons himself to be rightly-guided. 37 till, when he comes to Us, he says, 'Would there had been between me and thee the distance of the two Easts!' An evil comrade! 38 It will profit you not this Day (O you who turn away from Allah's remembrance and His worship, etc.) as you did wrong, (and) that you will be sharers (you and your Qarin) in the punishment. 39 Can you [Prophet] make the deaf hear? Or guide either the blind or those who are in manifest error? 40 And whether [or not] We take you away [in death], indeed, We will take retribution upon them. 41 or show them to you suffering the torment with which We had threatened them. We are certainly dominant over them all. 42 Therefore hold fast to that which has been revealed to you; surely you are on the right path. 43 And lo! it is in truth a Reminder for thee and for thy folk; and ye will be questioned. 44 And ask them did any of the Noble Messengers We sent before you, appoint any other Gods except the Most Gracious, whom they used to worship? 45

Notes and Instructions
قراءة القرآن مترجماً إلى الإنجليزية أو أية لغة أخرى أشبه بقراءة كتب التفسير من قراءة ترجمات حرفية.
Reading the Quran translated into English, or any other language, is more like reading books of interpretation than reading literal translations.
