The human being says, "Shall I be brought to life again after I will die?" 66 Doth not man remember that We created him before, when he was naught? 67 By your Lord, We shall most surely gather them and the devils too; and bring them close to hell on their knees. 68 Thereafter, We shall surely draw aside, from each sect, whichever of them against the Compassionate were most in excess. 69 We know best who deserves greater suffering in hell fire. 70 And there is not one of you but shall come to it; this is an unavoidable decree of your Lord. 71 We shall then rescue the pious – and leave the unjust in it, fallen on their knees. 72 When Our Clear Signs are rehearsed to them, the Unbelievers say to those who believe, "Which of the two sides is best in point of position? Which makes the best show in council?" 73 And how many a generation have We destroyed before these, who were goodlier in goods and outward appearance? 74 Say: "If any men go astray, (Allah) Most Gracious extends (the rope) to them, until, when they see the warning of Allah (being fulfilled) - either in punishment or in (the approach of) the Hour,- they will at length realise who is worst in position, and (who) weakest in forces! 75 And Allah increases in guidance those who go aright; and ever-abiding good works are with your Lord best in recompense and best in yielding fruit. 76 Have you, then, seen him who disbelieves in Our communications and says: I shall certainly be given wealth and children? 77 Has he looked to the unseen, or has he made a pledge to the Merciful One? 78 Nay! We shall record what he says, and We shall add and add to his punishment. 79 And We shall inherit from him that whereof he spake, and he shall come to us alone. 80 And they have taken (for worship) gods other than Allah, to give them power and glory! 81 Never; soon they will deny ever worshipping them, and will turn into their opponents. 82
