Again (of old) We bestowed Our favour on Moses and Aaron, 114 And rescued them and their people from the great calamity. 115 and succoured them, so that [in the end] it was they who achieved victory. 116 And We vouchsafed unto the twain a Book luminous. 117 and guided them to the straight path; 118 and left them thus to be remembered among later generations: 119 'Peace be upon Moses and Aaron' 120 Thus do We reward the righteous ones. 121 truly they were among Our faithful servants. 122 And Elias (El Yaseen) was among the Messengers. 123 (Call to mind) when he said to his people: “Will you not fear Allah? 124 Do you call on Baal and abandon the Best of Creators, 125 Allah, your Lord and Lord of your forefathers? 126 But they gave him the lie: and therefore they will most surely be arraigned [on Judgment Day,] 127 Except the chosen servants of Allah. 128 And We left his (memory) for posterity. 129 Peace be unto Elyasin. 130 It is thus indeed that We reward those who do good: 131 Surely he was one of Our believing servants. 132 And indeed, Lot was among the messengers. 133 When We delivered him and his followers, all-- 134 Except an old woman, who became of those who stayed behind. 135 then We destroyed the others, 136 You pass by (their ruined town) in the morning 137 and at night.
