The Galloppers (Al-Aadeyaat)

11 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Afternoon (Al-'Asr) before Bounty (Al-Kawthar)

In the name of Allah, most benevolent, ever-merciful

By the snorting chargers, 1 Then those that produce fire striking, 2 And by oath of those who raid at dawn. 3 And raise the dust in clouds the while, 4 Arriving thereby in the center collectively, 5 The human being is certainly ungrateful to his Lord. 6 He himself bears witness to that. 7 And most surely he is tenacious in the love of wealth. 8 ۞ Does he not know when the contents of the graves are laid bare 9 And what is in the breasts is made apparent? 10 Surely their Lord will be aware of their (deeds). 11

True are the words of Allah the Almighty.
