Al-Jinn 2 of 2
Say: I only call upon my Lord, and I do not associate any one with Him. 20 Say: 'Surely I possess no power over you, either for hurt or for rectitude.' 21 Say: "Verily, no one could ever protect me from God, nor could I ever find a place to hide from Him 22 Mine is but the publishing from Allah and His messages; and whosoever disobeyeth Allah and His apostle, his portion verily is the Hell-Fire as abiders therein for evermore. 23 When they see that which they were promised they shall know who is weaker in helpers and fewer in numbers. 24 Say (O dear Prophet Mohammed – peace and blessings be upon him), “I do not know whether what you are promised is close or if my Lord will postpone it for a while.” 25 The Knower of the unseen! so He does not reveal His secrets to any, 26 "Except a messenger whom He has chosen: and then He makes a band of watchers march before him and behind him, 27 so that He may know that they have delivered the messages of their Lord. He encompasses in His knowledge their surroundings and keeps a count of all things.” 28
