What, are you harder to create than the heaven which He has built? 27 He raised its ceiling and proportioned it. 28 And He darkened its night and extracted its brightness. 29 and thereafter spread out the earth, 30 And from it produced its water and its pasture. 31 and the mountains He set firm, 32 A provision for you and your cattle. 33 But when the great disaster cometh, 34 On that day man will recall all what he strove for. 35 and when Hell is advanced for whoever sees, 36 So for one who rebelled, 37 And preferred the life of this world (by following his evil desires and lusts), 38 most surely his abode shall be Hell. 39 But as for him who feared standing before his Lord, and restrained himself from impure evil desires, and lusts. 40 Paradise will be the dwelling. 41 They ask you about the hour, when it will come. 42 Wherein art thou (concerned) with the declaration thereof? 43 Your Lord alone knows when it will come; 44 You are but a Herald of Warning, for one who fears it. 45 The Day they see it, (it will be) as if they had not tarried (in this world) except an afternoon or a morning. 46
