Thorns (Al-Masad)

5 verses, revealed in Mecca after The Key (Al-Faatehah) before The Rolling (Al-Takweer)

In the name of Allah, the Merciful, the Compassionate

DESTROYED WILL BE the hands of Abu Lahab, and he himself will perish. 1 His wealth and his children (etc.) will not benefit him! 2 Anon he shall roast into Fire having flame. 3 And his wife, the wood-carrier, 4 upon her neck shall be a rope of palm-fibre. 5

Almighty God's Truth.
