۞ Beholdest thou not those who returned the favour of Allah with infidelity and caused their people to alight in the dwelling of perdition: 28 Gehenna, wherein they are roasted; an evil stablishment! 29 And they ascribed equals to Allah to mislead from His way; say, “Enjoy a while, for your end will be the fire.” 30 (O Prophet), tell those of My servants who believe that they should establish Prayer and spend out of what We have provided them with, both secretly and openly, before there arrives the Day when there will be no bargaining, nor any mutual befriending. 31 It is Allah Who hath created the heavens and the earth and sendeth down rain from the skies, and with it bringeth out fruits wherewith to feed you; it is He Who hath made the ships subject to you, that they may sail through the sea by His command; and the rivers (also) hath He made subject to you. 32 And He hath made subject to you the sun and the moon, both diligently pursuing their courses; and the night and the day hath he (also) made subject to you. 33 And He giveth you of all ye ask of Him, and if ye would count the bounty of Allah ye cannot reckon it. Lo! man is verily a wrong-doer, an ingrate. 34
