Al-Hijjr 2 of 6

We have made constellations in the sky and decorated them for the onlookers. 16 and guarded them from every accursed Satan 17 Save him who stealeth the hearing, and him there followeth a flame gleaming. 18 And the earth - We have spread it out wide, and placed on it mountains firm, and caused [life] of every kind to grow on it in a balanced manner, 19 And We have made in it means of subsistence for you and for him for whom you are not the suppliers. 20 With Us is the source of everything and We do not send it down except in a known quantity. 21 And We send the winds fertilizing, then send down water from the cloud so We give it to you to drink of, nor is it you who store it up. 22 And indeed, it is We who give life and cause death, and We are the Inheritor. 23 We know those who lived before you and those who will come after you. 24 and it is your Lord who will gather them. He is Wise, Knowing. 25
