Al-Hijjr 6 of 6
The dwellers in El-Hijr cried lies to the Envoys. 80 And We gave them Our signs, and they remained averse to them. 81 They carved out dwellings in the mountains, and lived in security -- 82 But the (Awful) Cry overtook them at the morning hour, 83 So nothing availed them [from] what they used to earn. 84 We created not the heavens and the earth and all that is between them save with truth, and lo! the Hour is surely coming. So forgive, (O Muhammad), with a gracious forgiveness. 85 For verily it is thy Lord who is the Master-Creator, knowing all things. 86 And We have certainly given you, [O Muhammad], seven of the often repeated [verses] and the great Qur'an. 87 Do not direct your eyes towards the things We have given to some of their couples to enjoy, and do not at all grieve because of them, and take the Muslims within the folds of your mercy. 88 And say thou: verily I! I am a plain warner. 89 So We sent it down to the partitioners, 90 and also divided the Quran believing in some parts and rejecting others. 91 By your Lord We shall question them one and all 92 concerning that they were doing. 93 Therefore expound openly what thou art commanded, and turn away from those who join false gods with Allah. 94 We shall help you against those who mock you 95 Who make [equal] with Allah another deity. But they are going to know. 96 And well do We know that thy bosom is constricted by the [blasphemous] things that they say: 97 So glorify the praises of your Lord and be of those who prostrate themselves (to Him). 98 and serve thy Lord, until the Certain comes to thee. 99
Allah the Almighty always says the truth.

How does the memorization exercise algorithm work? At the lowest level 0, all words are visible. While the highest level 9 hides all words. What about at mid-level, like 3, for example? You might think that the algorithm hides precisely 3 out of every nine words. Not quite! At level 3, each word has a 3 out of 9 chance to hide, and 6 out of 9 to be visible. In other words, it is possible, but highly unlikely, for all words at level 3 to be hidden, or, that all of them to be visible! Also, at mid-levels, and in proportion to the difficulty level, hideouts can be partially incomplete or transparent so that words may be partially visible underneath.
